Problem
I worked with a girls'-education nonprofit in Burkina Faso that needed a web presence to tell their story and turn visitors into donors and partners.
Approach
I built the site around the donor journey — mission pillars, then-and-now impact stories, awards and recognitions, partner logos, and donation CTAs throughout.
Outcome
The site I built is now their main donation channel; all traffic goes through it.

Rental calculator · React

Find My Next Investment

Problem
I used to evaluate rental properties with manual spreadsheets and re-type listing data.
Approach
I built a calculator that pre-populates property data and computes cash-on-cash return, cap rate, income, and expenses including taxes and insurance.
Outcome
It replaced my Excel workflow entirely. I sell that spreadsheet on Etsy; the web tool is free.
